Can I get a price via email or over the phone?

Because all of our products are custom made and individually tailored, we work out costs according to your exact requirements rather than giving standard prices. To receive an accurate price, please arrange an appointment with one of our representatives. If you want a ball park figure and you have your windows sizes, give us a call and we will give you an estimate.

What deposit is required for my purchase?

Do you do repairs on other companies products?

We directly employ an experienced service engineer who will assess and undertake any repairs on our own products. All repairs and fees will be discussed with you prior to any call out being made. We can also advise and recommend a repairer for any products which we did not install.

How can I be assured of the quality of your products?

D L Windows are committed to providing our customers with the best quality windows, doors and conservatories. To achieve this goal we purchase our products from Duraflex who have devoted time, effort and expense to obtain all relevant Standards and Accreditations the industry has to offer.

Not only are the products continually audited by BSI to ensure compliance with relevant British and European Standards but the operation is audited likewise by BSI as compliant with the International Standard for business management ISO 9001.

How long will my home consultation last?

Our consultations are entirely geared around your needs, so the length can vary. Generally speaking, we often need no longer than 30 minutes or so to find out what you want and measure up. All quotations are posted to you usually the same day.
